The TL90 consists of a diesel engine coupled to an AC alternator mounted within a fully sound suppressed canopy. The rotating mast has 9 sections which extend by hydraulic cylinder and via wire ropes to a height of 9.0 metres. The mast is fitted with four L.E.D Lamps.
