One Stop Hire has announced a significant £1 million investment in its vehicle fleet, reinforcing its commitment to delivering a fast, reliable, and scalable service nationwide.
As part of this investment, a new wave of vehicles has been deployed across key locations, including Newcastle, London City, Bristol, Liverpool and Wirral, strengthening operational capability and improving service coverage across the UK.
The latest phase introduces a combination of multiple 3.5-tonne and two 26-tonne vehicles, increasing overall fleet capacity while ensuring the business continues to operate a modern, efficient and high-performing vehicle base.
This strategic investment supports both the replacement of older vehicles and the expansion of the existing fleet, enabling One Stop Hire to meet rising customer demand while maintaining consistently high standards of safety, compliance and operational performance.

The investment directly supports One Stop Hire’s ability to deliver and collect equipment efficiently across its depot network. By increasing the availability of modern light commercial vehicles, the business is enhancing its responsiveness to customer demand while improving overall delivery capacity by approximately 10-15%.
This strengthened fleet enables faster turnaround times, improved reliability, and greater flexibility in supporting projects of all sizes, from local requirements to nationwide contracts.

Each vehicle is equipped with the latest telematics and integrated camera systems, including front-facing cameras, load-area visibility, and Driver Monitoring System (DMS) technology.
