Last year, on the 5th of September, our Early Careers Academy proudly welcomed its first cohort of Small Tool Fitter apprentices—seven eager individuals ready to embark on their careers.
These apprentices were given a remarkable opportunity to learn and develop their skills in a state-of-the-art workshop, expertly managed by one of our most seasoned engineers, Mike Artingstall.
Over the past year, this journey has been nothing short of transformative. Our apprentices have gained invaluable hands-on experience, deepened their technical knowledge, and honed their craftsmanship.
As they now move into their second and final year, we want to extend our heartfelt encouragement. Stay focused, remain determined, and continue to work hard as you build a solid foundation for your future careers.
