ONE STOP HIRE TURNS 15!
We’re thrilled to announce that this October, One Stop Hire celebrates its 15th anniversary! Since our founding on 2nd October 2009, we’ve grown from a small operation into one of the leading equipment hire companies in the industry, and it’s all thanks to your continued trust and support. ACHIEVING ISO 14001:2015
We’re proud to share that we have recently achieved the ISO 14001:2015 standard in Environmental Management Systems which highlights our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. We’re dedicated to minimising our impact on the environment while continuing to provide high quality service and equipment to our customers.
LONDON CITY DEPOT UPDATE
Our London City Depot is progressing well!
Equipment is being delivered over the next couple of weeks, and we’ll soon be fully operational and ready to further support our growing customer base alongside our Erith Depot.
This expansion strengthens our presence in the region, enhancing our ability to meet customer expectations.
The new depot will also benefit the Kent area by reducing travel distances, improving logistics, and boosting customer service across the South of England.
NEWCASTLE RELOCATION
Our Newcastle depot is relocating to Team Valley!
We’ve decided to merge our Byker and Blaydon depots into one multi-purpose facility located in Gateshead, which will house all our departments: Small Tools, Training, Non-Mechanical, and Lifting.
This new, larger depot will allow us to operate more efficiently and accommodate growth in this busy region!
MANCHESTER TRAINING SUPERCENTRE
With our continued success and growth, we are excited to announce the opening of the new Manchester Training Supercentre.
This state-of-the-art facility will offer a wide range of courses, including IPAF, PASMA, CITB, UKATA, and many more.
We look forward to see our customers benefiting from this fantastic investment!
EARLY CAREERS ACADEMY – 1 YEAR IN
On the 5th of September last year, our Early Careers Academy welcomed its first cohort of seven Small Tool Fitter apprentices. This provided a fantastic opportunity to learn in our brand-new workshop, under the guidance of one of our most experienced engineers.
The Early Careers Academy continues to grow and plans to welcome more apprentices soon.
Apprentices can now be found across various departments, including our HR department, where we have recently welcomed our new HR Assistant, Libby!
